I will work with your child to identify any missing aspects of phonics, grammar, sentence structure, arithmetic or maths concepts, to help them fill in those gaps to enable them to progress.

I have experience working with children who have identified and unidentified disabilities including:

• global delay

• autism

• dyslexia

• anxiety

• ADHD

Functional skills are those core elements of English and maths that provide an individual with the essential knowledge, skills and understanding that will enable them to feel confident and work effectively and independently in life and at work. I can help your child progress through functional skills to give them the confidence to face the working world.

The school environment can sometimes be stressful and unaccommodating for some students. Home Educating gives children a safe and supportive learning environment but sometimes they need a bit of extra support. I can help by working with children on a 1:1 basis or in a small groups.
